'Somesh is a veteran of the enterprise software industry with experience driving large-scale global operations. He brings a great combination of business and strategic skills, and his commitment to innovation, customer service and operational excellence should deliver great value to our customers, shareholders and employees,' he said.
The statement quoted Singh as saying: 'Vignette is the leading provider of Next-Generation Web solutions, and that doesn't happen by accident. I'm excited to be part of the leadership team that will shape the future of Vignette.'
